Working together in ongoing interactive engagements on-site with you, Stephen will do a broad overview of your organization to determine if it follows best practices for creating a culture of inclusion through listening.  This review focuses primarily on leaders to ensure that your leaders have the listening skills to be inclusive, and suggestions on how to improve their skills. This enables your organization’s leadership style to adapt to a rapidly changing workplace.

 

Working together in ongoing interactive engagements on-site with you, Stephen will do a broad overview assessment of your organization to determine if it follows best practices for accessibility, with an eye to the latest legislative trends.  Depending on the scope of review, it may include items such as onboarding and recruitment procedures, physical layouts, internal communications, measurables, and provide suggestions on how to create a culture of inclusion to make it more accessible for people with disabilities.
